If for any reason you are not satisfied with any item purchased directly from our website, please return the item to us within 30 days of purchase in its original condition and packaging for an exchange, or refund (not including shipping and handling). All refunds will be issued using your original form of payment after your item is received at our distribution center. The refund may take up to 10 business days before showing up on your financial statement.
We will process your refund once it arrives at our distribution center. Pre-authorization for allreturns must be obtained from HYGIENICKA Support. If a return is sent without prior authorization, it will not be refunded or credited.
Gift Receipt: Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a merchandise credit for the amount of the gift receipt.
Delivery Fees: Delivery fees are non-refundable. Please note that we are unable to accept any items for return or exchange without proof of purchase.
