Warranty & Returns

Our Promise To You:

We warrant that on delivery, the goods shall:

  • Conform in all material respects with their description as outlined on our website.

  • Be free from material defects in design, material, and workmanship.

  • Be of satisfactory quality and fit for use.

We use the best materials and solid engineering so that our products will last. However, we know that there is a chance that an issue may arise. Please see our warranty, return, and exchange policy.

Warranty: All HYGIENICKA products purchased directly from our website are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of original purchase. This warranty does not cover intentional or accidental damage resulting from unreasonable use, normal wear and tear, improper handling, damage caused by a delivery company, loss of use, or other consequential damages. If a defect is found in materials or workmanship, please feel free to contact us for instructions and authorization to send the defective product to us.

Products that cannot be repaired to our standards will be replaced with a new one. We will cover the shipping cost associated with shipping the defective product to us and its return to the customer.

We accept no liability for actual, consequential, or incidental damages or losses incurred as a result of using a HYGIENICKA product. Though we are confident that we use the best materials and solid engineering so that our products will last in all environments for years, unfortunately we cannot control how the products are used, the situation or circumstances in which they are used, or the forces and abuses to which they may be subject to.

 

Returns & Exchanges (30-day money-back guarantee): We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with any item purchased directly from our website, please return the item to us within 30 days of purchase in its original condition and packaging for an exchange, or refund (not including shipping and handling). All refunds will be issued using your original form of payment after your item is received at our distribution center. The refund may take up to 10 business days before showing up on your financial statement.

We will process your refund once it arrives at our distribution center. Pre-authorization for all returns must be obtained from HYGIENICKA Support. If a return is sent without prior authorization, it will not be refunded or credited.

Gift Receipt: Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a merchandise credit for the amount of the gift receipt.

Delivery Fees: Delivery fees are non-refundable.

Please note that we are unable to accept any items for return or exchange without proof of purchase.

Original Receipt: Return with the original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment.

Non-Returnable Items: Items purchased that were marked as final sale or purchased from other retailers, cannot be returned, exchanged, or repaired.

All merchandise must be in new and unused condition. For exchanges and international customers, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was damaged/defective when it was received.
