How does the HYGIENICKA PODCASE work?
It is very easy to use the HYGIENICKA PODCASE. This is how it works:

All HYGIENICKA products purchased directly from the HYGIENICKA website, are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship are guaranteed for one year (12-months) from the date of the original purchase.
Tell me about the HYGIENICKA return and exchange (30-day Money-Back Guarantee Policy)?
HYGIENICKA wants you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any item purchased directly from the HYGIENICKA website, please return the item to us within 30-days of purchase in its original condition and packaging for an exchange or a refund. Please notes that the refund does not include shipping and handling charges.

What does HYGIENICKA consider to be a Non-Returnable Item?
A Non-Returnable item is an item/items purchased that were marked as final sale or purchased from other retailers or websites. Those purchases cannot be returned, exchanged, repaired, or refunded.
If a product is returned, are the delivery fees refundable?
Delivery fees are charged by the delivery company and are not refundable.
Can an item be refunded, repaired, returned, or exchanged without a proof of purchase?
Refunds, repairs, returns, or exchanges cannot be processed for any item/items without a HYGIENICKA website receipt/proof of purchase.
Can an item purchased with a gift receipt from HYGIENICKA be returned or exchanged?
Returns or exchanges of an item/items purchased with a gift receipt from HYGIENICKA will be refunded in the form of a merchandise credit for the amount of the gift receipt. Note that delivery charges cannot be paid with a gift receipt.
