5. Product Pricing Information: The prices displayed on our website may differ from prices that are available in stores and our pricing may differ from store to store. If you are in the U.S. or Canada, website prices will be displayed in U.S. Dollars. Elsewhere, website prices will generally be displayed in the local currency. The prices displayed in our printed catalogs are quoted in U.S. Dollars and are valid and effective only in the U.S. MSRP is a reference to a price at which the manufacturer recommends that the item be offered or sold by retailers. Prices vary amongst sellers and change over time, so the MSRP may not represent an average price or an offering price at any particular time. Prices will be listed in black along with our "Our Price" pricing in red online "Our Price" in red refers to the everyday value price we offer to our customers.

6. Prices and Payment Terms

   1. All prices, discounts, and promotions posted on the Website are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be sent out in your order confirmation email. Price increases will only apply to orders placed after such changes. Posted prices do not include taxes or charges for shipping and handling. All such taxes and charges will be added to your merchandise total and will be itemized in your shopping cart and in your order confirmation email. We strive to display accurate price information, however we may, on occasion, make inadvertent typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions related to pricing and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time and to cancel any orders arising from such occurrences.​

   2. Terms of payment are within our sole discretion and, unless otherwise agreed by us in writing. Payment must be received by us before our acceptance of an order. You represent and warrant that:

      3. Charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company, and

      4. You will pay charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including all applicable taxes, if any.

   3. Please note that an additional fee may be added on international orders and non- contiguous states. Tracking information is provided for all orders.

Limitations: In no event shall HYGIENICKA, LLC. or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on HYGIENICKA, LLC. site, even if HYGIENICKA, LLC. or a HYGIENICKA, LLC. authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

Text Message Program Terms:  HYGIENICKA, LLC. offers its customers mobile alerts about order and shipping updates and other marketing messages about events, new products, and other offers by SMS message (the "Service"). By participating in the Service, you are agreeing to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy.

    1. Signing Up and Opting-In to the Service:  Enrollment in the service requires you to provide your mobile phone number and to agree to these terms and conditions. You may not enroll if you are under 18 years old (except in Alabama and Nebraska, 19 years old). Before the Service starts, you will need to verify the mobile phone number you provided by responding to a text message to your mobile phone that affirms your choice to opt-in to this service and your agreement to these terms. HYGIENICKA, LLC. reserves the right to stop offering the service at any time with or without notice.

    2. By opting into the Service you:

       1. Authorize HYGIENICKA, LLC. to use auto dialer or non-auto dialer technology to send text messages to the mobile phone number associated with your opt-in (i.e., the number listed on the opt-in form or, if none, the number from which you send the opt-in, or, if none, the number on file for the account associated with your opt-in).

       2. Acknowledge that you do not have to agree to receive messages as a condition of purchase.

       3. Confirm that you are the subscriber to the relevant phone number or that you are the customary user of that number on a family or business plan and that you are authorized to opt in.

       4. Consent to the use of an electronic record to document you opt-in.

To view and retain an electronic copy of these terms, you will need (i) a device (such as a computer or mobile phone) with Internet access, and (ii) and either a printer or storage space on such device.     4. Messages You May Receive: Once you affirm your choice to opt in, to the service, your message frequency may vary. You may receive an alert when:

       1. You are welcomed into the service.

       2. An order has been placed.

       3. An order has been delivered.

       4. An item or items has shipped.

       5. There are general marketing or promotions.

    5. Charges and Carriers: Message and data rates may apply. Please consult your service agreement with your wireless carrier or contact your wireless carrier to determine your phone's pricing plan and the charges for sending and receiving text messages. You acknowledge that you are responsible for any message, data or other charges incurred (usage, subscription, etc.) as a result of using the Service. Supported carriers are AT & T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, Virgin Mobile, U.S. Cellular, Cricket, MetroPCS, and other smaller regional carriers. The Service may not be available on all wireless carriers. HYGIENICKA, LLC. may add or remove any wireless carrier from the service at any time without notice. HYGIENICKA, LLC. and mobile carriers are not responsible for any undue delays, failure of delivery, or errors in messages.

    6. To Stop the Service: To stop receiving text messages from HYGIENICKA, LLC. text the word STOP any time or reply STOP to any of the text messages you have received from HYGIENICKA, LLC. For services operated through a different number, text STOP to that number to opt out. Your opt-out request, may generate either a confirmation text or a texted request to clarify the text message program to which it applies (if you have more than one). To complete your opt-out, please provide the requested clarification. You acknowledge that the text message platform may not recognize and respond to unsubscribe requests that do not include the STOP keyword command and agree that HYGIENICKA, LLC. and its service providers will have no liability for failing to honor such requests. If you unsubscribe from one of our text message programs, you may continue to receive text messages from HYGIENICKA, LLC. through any other programs you have joined until you separately unsubscribe from those programs. These terms still will apply if you withdraw the consent mentioned above or opt out of the Service.
